PHI workflows are handled through approved secure delivery methods and applicable agreement terms. Do not email PHI, paste API credentials, or submit PMS exports through public website forms.

Allowed upload categories

Files are never stored in the website database. When the secure vendor API is connected, the app should store only filename, upload category, uploaded by, uploaded timestamp, status, and secure storage reference ID.

Secure upload vendor/API is not wired in this public app unless SECURE_UPLOAD_VENDOR_URL is configured. Until then, no local upload storage is created, no file input is shown, and no PHI can be uploaded here.
